		<description>We do single-instance storage, but only within a datacenter.  When reinstalling, it would appear to be running the initial backup again, but would not actually take the time to upload those files it already finds on our end.  Unfortunately, if your new installation got assigned to a different site, it would not have existing files to match.  It's on our roadmap to have all our clusters able to locate and store between them.  I don't know the timeline though.</description>

You can avoid that by simply enforcing that re-entry isn't permitted to those under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

Also regarding the sporting arena: Football stadiums allow tailgating. The Broncos even embrace it by opening a lot specifically for tailgating, as well as rewarding the "Most Valuable Tailgater".  College Football allows tailgating, albeit more restricted (at least in my experience with Colo State University).  Tailgating should be in the sports arena's back yard (or parking lot in this case).</description>
