    Awesome Nike Ad (from a guy who hates Soccer)

    If you’ve talked sports with me, you probably know that I hate soccer. However, this Nike commercial about the World Cup makes even soccer look cool.  It’s more of a "mini-movie" than a commercial, but pretty awesome nonetheless.

    Apparently there were a lot of big soccer stars in this video, but all I could say was "Hey that’s Kobe Bryant & Homer Simpson!". Go check out this write up though to get all the details on this awesome video.

    Winter Wonderland

    For those who don’t live in Colorado, you may not be aware that we got a nice snow storm to help ring in the Christmas cheer.  Hopefully everyone is staying warm and dry right now!  With the snow looming, Bethany and I managed to put up our Christmas tree and lights the day before the snow arrived.  It made for some very nice pictures!

    Test from Droid

    Trying a test post from my Droid using the WPtoGo App. It looks like it’s working pretty well. I tried this app a week ago, but it was working horrifically slow. It looks like the latest update has fixed that, and the app is working great.

    Watch out as you may now see some posts from my Droid!

    I did it!

    After 31 days of blogging I took a break yesterday, but I wanted to commemorate my small achievement in completing NaBloWriMo.  As I posted a month ago, I was going to attempt to blog at least once per day for the next month, and 37 posts later I made it!

    I’m not going to lie: at the start of the month, it was a real chore to start blogging.  There were nights when I sitting in bed next to my sleeping wife as I was typing away, anxious to hit “Post” before 12am.  It was about the end of week 2 I finally caught my second wind and it became easier to block out time to blog.

    Not all of my posts were must-reads, but some of my favorite ones over the month included:

    I’ve really appreciated the experience, and hope that this will continue to ignite that blogging spark that I found when I started this blog back in May of 2005. Thank you for all of your support be reading my blog, and I hope that this was as fun for you as it was for me.
