Having pulled out a full head of hair trying to manage a business with no outgoing email during the first couple of weeks in February I am now having the same problems AGAIN! At first able to connect to smtp only intermittently the week prior to Easter, it then deteriorated to once a day and now we have been unable to send email for 5 days. Receiving email OK but our business relies on being able to respond to existing and potential clients and when they make contact by email they rarely provide a contact telephone number......... Can anyone please tell me how I can get in touch with yahoo to report the problem and add to what I imagine is now a massive list of dissatisfied customers - possibly soon to be a massive list of ex-customers.
